Garbity Farmhouse is a traditional Scottish farmhouse of substantial size, now fully modernised and capable of sleeping up to fourteen guests in old style luxury. Dating back to the 1850s, this impressive building still retains many of its original features and boasts six en-suite double bedrooms plus two extra single bedrooms, a large dining room, a large traditional farmhouse kitchen, breakfast room/playroom and a sizeable lounge with open log fireplace. Garbity Farmhouse is a really great venue for larger parties looking to experience a little piece of classic Scottish Highland grandeur at any time of the year. Subject to availability, Garbity Cottage can also provide additional accommodation for larger parties.

Darnethills is a large yet comfortable single storey cottage set in its own private grounds with magnificent views across the Spey. It has been modernised to the highest standard with full central heating and capable of sleeping up to eleven guests in four spacious twin en-suite bedrooms and two further bedrooms. There is a good-sized drawing room with welcoming log fire and a substantial dining area, Darnethills is perfectly appointed to cater for larger parties. Should a few extra beds be required Darnethills can also be let along side the Darnethills Annexe.

The Mains of Orton was built in 1854 and was, at one time, the home of the Millar family. Today this classic Scottish Highlands farmhouse affords stylish accommodation for up to thirteen guests in beautifully furnished surrounds. The Mains of Orton boasts seven sizeable bedrooms, each with its own unique character, a large family lounge with open fireplace, a well appointed farmhouse kitchen and a grand dining room which, like all the rooms in the house, retain many of its original features. The Mains of Orton is the perfect venue for larger parties looking for a little old fashioned luxury amidst the idyllic splendour of the Spey valley.

Built to the latest high specification expected of luxury holiday accommodation, The Bruntlands is a one-and-a-half storey cottage capable of sleeping ten guests in absolute comfort. Set within its own grounds and enjoying terrific views across the Orton Estate through large gently arched windows, The Bruntlands boasts five twin or double en-suite bedrooms, a large lounge with open log fire place and a dining area sizeable enough to seat ten guests.

Have you ever wanted to experience exclusive use of your own traditional Scottish country house? St Mary’s promises just that. This grand riverside house, 19th Century in character but fully modernised throughout, sleeps up to ten guests in five en-suite twin or double rooms, has a lovely open log fire in the sitting room and can seat up to sixteen guests for dinner. Sited between the riverbank and pine woodlands, St Mary’s offers a little bit of old fashioned luxury and the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

An attractive, modernised bothy affording simple comforts, Garbity Cottage sleeps four guests in a one-and-a-half storey detached property. Accommodation is over two levels, with a good sized twin bedroom and bathroom on the upper floor and a double bedroom with adjacent toilet on the ground floor, along with a nicely appointed kitchen and cosy lounge with an open fireplace. Like Lower Bruntlands, Garbity Cottage is ideal for a small family or couple looking for some old style tranquillity. Subject to availability it can be let in conjunction with Garbity Farmhouse to provide additional accommodation for larger parties.
